Poor living
April 21, 2021Mold, roaches and bad management. If you would like to live in a place where there’s mold growing and holes in the wall and they never answer the phone or fix things then please go here . If you actually care about your health and safety, DO NOT LIVE HERE . Terrible place. A cardboard box would be more sanitary than this piece of crap. not worth it
May 16, 2020Current resident. not worth it. old dilapidated buildings. management doesnt respond or care. new management constantly. police are here at least 4 times a month. people don't care but there is a park. quiet at night sometimes but given the area not worth it. dogs poop everywhere and no action taken.Review from Apartments.com

I lived here for 3 years
July 28, 2018Roaches, water leaks, poorly built, police here every single week for a new issue, neighbors are friendly in some buildings, management is very rude, maintenance will ignore you depending on your issue, parking is hard after 9pm, sucks to have the washer and dryer out on the balcony (especially when it's cold or dark). They do speak English and Spanish but it's not worth it.Property Manager Responded

August 24, 2015Poorly managed. Bug infested. Hard to park. Have had water damage due to leaking pipes. No flooring in master closet for 2 months. Management is rude and condescending. Only nice thing is it is quiet and have a great neighbor upstairs. I have been here 8 months and anxious to move.Review from Apartments.com
