Extremely useful tour
September 17, 2023At this stage I can only comment on the initial tour and orientation. If you are interested in The Sophia, then I highly recommend getting a tour of the grounds to inform your deliberations. The sales rep (Alyssa) was highly motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her enthusiasm is palpable. She provides a thorough orientation to the facilities and to the contractual process and terms. Everything we saw looked great. June 28, 2023It's not in Venice Beach. It's in North Venice, sometimes referred to as Nokomis. The complex itself is next to a hospital off a busy road near the interstate. Very loud area with constant construction and traffic.Property Manager Responded
