Manager is terrible
August 25, 2021The property has terrible mold issues that they refuse to deal with. The units are half way repaired when moving in, the paint is all over the floors, the cabinets, and switch plate covers, the flooring is cheap and scratches easily, appliances are old. My building wasnt even level as doors wouldnt stay open. I have never in my life met such a coward as the guy who manages this property. He will refuse to deal with an issue, never returns phone calls or emails, will not tell you who his boss ...is. They go through staff at the office quickly.Property Manager Responded

Good luck if you need repairs (like having hot water)
October 9, 2020Good luck if you need something fixed... like no hot water, running toilets, garbage disposal not working. You put in a work order through the resident portal- 3 weeks later you have to call and call to get an answer about if and when things will be fixed. they give you the run around every time you call... saying they will be there today- cancel your life and wait for them to come- then when you call at 4pm you get- oh they will be there tomorrow OR they forget to put in service orders for ...emergency (no hot water) repairs; when you sit captive in your house waiting for them to come fix things and have to call to find out that they forgot to submit order. Frustrating and poorly run. It’s a shame because the units and facilities are nice... BUT Unacceptable for the price you pay per month. I have live in Manhattan, West Virginia, New Jersey and Pennsylvania- never have i rented from such a poorly run complex- especially one this big. No wonder i am always seeing moving trucks around here!Property Manager Responded
