I truthfully love living here. I’ve rented the last 7 years across 2 different states and this is the first time I have decided to renew a lease.
Dylan is AMAZING. He definitely goes above and beyond. I do stay out of the way and don’t ask much but when I have had to walk into the office they treat me like if they KNOW me and as if I am a friend not a business transaction. I have always felt comfortable here.

My experience living here has gone from amazing to just average. Nothing really stands out as spectacular anymore especially for the price. The front gate never works anymore. They changed from Latch to needing a key to get in the apartment. All the appeal is gone

Disappointed they took the Latch door away and now it's standard locks. That made this place stand apart from other places now it's just a basic place. They gave the excuse that people were getting locked out at 2am well then change those people's door to regular locks. The 4 plus years I lived there I never once had an issue with the Latch door. Disappointing and making me rethink if I want to renew my lease. Nothing else stands out about living here

This is a vibrant, active community with more things to do than I have time! Being close to downtown Nashville and other attractions without having to constantly deal with the traffic is wonderful!

The apartment complex is a nice, comfortable place to live. The units are simple but clean, and maintenance is generally helpful when something comes up. Nothing super fancy, but it’s a solid, reliable option overall.
