Kourtney was extremely accommodating to my family who visited the apartment while my partner and I were still in the moving process. Her team is excellent. The unit is a huge one bedroom with utilities included in monthly rent; which is less of a hassle in my opinion. I believe it is just under 1,000 sq. feet. The Sound also hosts events in the office for chances to win ...deductibles on monthly rent. Highly recommend!Read More

September 25, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived in my current apartment for 2 years now. My rent is a little short of 800. Month which includes trash, pest control, and water. Has a fenced in pet area and a beautiful pool. It also has a decent work out room. My husband and I was actually about to move to Baltimore Maryland for a job relocation. Rent is expensive up there for less quality than what we have now ,plus we have dogs. Could use the help!!
