January 9, 2019I moved from the east coast of Florida to here for another job opportunity and it was such an easy transition with The Sound. Kourtney was extremely accommodating to my family who visited the apartment while my partner and I were still in the moving process. Her team is excellent. The unit is a huge one bedroom with utilities included in monthly rent; which is less of a hassle in my opinion. I believe it is just under 1,000 sq. feet. September 25, 2015I have lived in my current apartment for 2 years now. My rent is a little short of 800. Month which includes trash, pest control, and water. Has a fenced in pet area and a beautiful pool. It also has a decent work out room. My husband and I was actually about to move to Baltimore Maryland for a job relocation. Rent is expensive up there for less quality than what we have now ,plus we have dogs. Could use the help!!Review from Apartments.com
