      • beautiful but.... ouch your wallet will hurt

        I moved in December of 2021, and let me say this community is pretty to look at, but not worth the price you pay for a piece of mind. The walls are thin and the windows have cracks on the window sides that you can feel the drafts from the heat and cold. This is definitely construction flew, with the rush to build these apartments. The amount of ants and June bugs and other bugs in the hallways is cringy, we are paying for pest control regularly and yet i never see them spraying. Also I found out ...
        they charge extra for them to come spray your apartment and this service is only available on mondays which sucks so be prepared to handle pest on your own unless you want to wait. Also management does a poor job communicating with residents on things that matter such as burglers and smoking on the property that advertises non smoking. Their more interested in advertising what food truck is coming that week. The gates are a hit and miss on a regular occasion.

        The apartment is absolutely beautiful. I love how modern everything is. Brianna and Zach have been very helpful through my moving process and I am very grateful. I definitely recommend staying at this property.

      • Would not recommend.

        Poor and rude customer service. Arrogant and combative office staff. Endless work orders. Constantly locked out and unable to lock door due to their system. Paying for a service, which serves not. Would not recommend.
