Something is always broken
October 12, 2022Literally everything breaks in this complex and never gets fixed. Right now my garbage disposal needs repaired, and they have not done anything about it. Additionally, all the outside doors need repaired, meaning almost anyone can walk into the complex, even though they are not a resident. I feel unsafe here, and this place definitely is not luxurious.Review from Apartments.com
Exceptionally Perfect!!
November 5, 2020I’m settling in my first week at The Southerly and my experience has been exceptionally perfect to say the least! Tim and the staff are so attentive and welcoming. The amenities are amazing and everything is well maintained. I’m pleased at how quiet and peaceful it is and the friendliness of my neighbors. The surrounding areas are all so nice with tons of places to shop within less than 10 min. This is the most beautiful and convenient place I’ve ever lived.Review from Apartments.com
