January 2, 2026I love living here! The Gull 2 BR floor plan is spacious, modern, and great price! If you are going to live in North Port, this is the prime location; everything is close by and a lot within walking distance. Amenities, staff and grounds are all top notch! June 18, 2025Good place to live , I would like to leave my sincere opinion and without intending to cause discomfort , I just need to improve in some respects , such as areas of very dirty parking lots , screws , pieces of wood and lots of soil , they should clean it and replace it with water and its poor quality .Property Manager Responded

May 25, 2025This is a great place to live! Very well maintained, great location and many perks included! Don’t feel like sitting at home? Try heading to the pool for a dip, then relax in the spacious hot tub while your grill is fired up with lunch. Don’t forget to play a little cornhole or foozeball with the fam or friends too! Relax and unwind at one of the multiple fire pit areas to end the day! Those are just some of the amenities I enjoy as a resident.Property Manager Responded

February 22, 2025My three month review.. it’s great living here. I am excited about the extras being completed and watching the community grow. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is friendly and accommodating. January 28, 2025The move in process was great. Briana was very helpful. If you’re moving in, all information is in the welcome letter! But the leasing office is happy to answer any questions! Valet trash is awesome! Maintenance guys are quick and extremely friendly and respectful. This place is super pet friendly! Very spacious place with a beautiful balcony.
