Great washer dryer replacement Great washer and dryer replacement! The guy who came to do the replacement did an amazing job at my rental house. He was professional, efficient, and did a great job. I really appreciate his excellent service! Please also try to replace the laundry door if possible.

Horrible maintenance job I have had 4 episodes of water coming down from the apartment above me due to maintenance not being completed properly. Maintenance came to fix the damage in the bathroom while I was out. They didn’t cover ANYTHING. Everything in my bathroom had dust and paint on it. My bathroom rugs had to be replaced due to paint being on them. The paint doesn’t match. My kitchen and by the washer and dryer still hasn’t been fixed from another leak from the above apartment. I’m not ...
sure, but I hope mold isn’t building up in my apartment. I would like for it to be tested for mold after all this is complete.

You have no idea how much money this guy saves the complex. He came to replace batteries in the thermostat and at the same time fixed an issue with the entry door being misaligned. The same guy came in spring and after working out the maintenance request he took a broken closet door back to the workshop, fixed it and brought it back for reinstallation the next day. When it comes time for a raise in pay don’t miss this guy.
