June 10, 2023If you like bugs both (bed and roaches), garbage on balconies and around the dumpster, drugs, dying trees and grass, oil on your shoes from leaky cars, the constant smell of cigarettes, bad plumbing, unsafe stoves, mold under the last layer of vinyl flooring they put down(there's layer upon layer of vinyl since 1978) which they know about. People living in the wash putting everyone's safety at risk, filthy dirty laundry rooms where the machines are always broken and can cost you upwards of $8.00 ...to do one load because the washer broke and had to wash them again and then the dryers not spinning so you have to put your clothes in another dryer, management being pissed at you for calling them to have them take care of the garbage and carpet cleaner stinking and the garbage across the courtyard and they treat you like you're a piece of crap then this is the place for you!!! Of not, steer clear of this property. I've paid about $90,000 in rent to this place and have NEVER, EVER BEEN respected. I have the most dangerous stove because they replaced a burner that didn't fit and just put another one in that doesn't fit so the large burner is totally unusable. But because the rental market is so bad and so expensive I am stuck hereProperty Manager Responded

Horrible drugs and cops
November 21, 2018My husband and daughter live here on the week days so my daughter can play basketball. The neighbors smoke so much weed that it makes my daughters and husbands clothes smell like it. There were 20 cops there the other night. My husband calls the management and they don’t call him back. My daughter is 15 and doesn’t want to go home because she is to scared. There’s homeless people living in the dumpsters there. There’s no security.Do not waste your money.Property Manager Responded

September 20, 2015I absolutely love my community, living in the central area is amazing and the culture is phenomenal. Anything I need done in my unit is always done in a efficient time . Before coming to The Springs, I had relocated to Tucson for a job position at that current moment, I spend my entire saving bringing alone my two toddler,we had stayed in a hotel for a few day, but at that time I was needing to find a great community and location. So when I made that one phone call to The Springs, I was greeted ...as if I already was approved for the apartment. She told me immediately to come that day ..... Well, I did and I was able to move in the next day! I love this community so,so,so much and I'm happy that THE SPRINGS chose me and I'm more happy that I chose them.
