Beautiful place to live.
May 18, 2025I moved in a little over a month ago, and it has been just wonderful. Crystal my leasing agent went above and beyond on my move in day. She showed me where my mail box is, as well as my storage unit. She also made sure she went through my apartment with me taking note of anything that may have been overlooked. Well there was nothing to report. My new Apartment is absolutely beautiful, and near perfect. I met some of my neighbors and they are very friendly. The property itself is kept up ...beautifully. It's so refreshing to see unlike the last complex I lived in. The residents here seem more upscale as I've seen people cleaning up after their pets and they seem to take pride in where they live. So many folks have their patios, and balconies decorated beautifully. It's wonderful how they have a playground for the children, and the two dog parks are great. The Springs of Indian Creek really are indeed pet friendly offering two different dog parks. One for smaller dogs and the other for larger pets. The entire office staff are very friendly, and professional. Kayla the manager is such a wonderful kind lady making my application and paperwork seamless. Crystal had such a nice thoughtful gift bag waiting for me when I moved in which I thought was so nice. This complex is very quiet and family friendly. They have fantastic amenities available for everyone of all ages. This complex was really thoughtfully designed for relaxing carefree living. Crystal my leasing agent even had the alarm company come and set up my new alarm. Also there is plenty of parking which is a big plus. No matter what time you come home you can always get a parking spot right near your unit. They're not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful The Springs of Indian Creek really is. I appreciate the entire staff and neighbors making me feel so welcomed to this beautiful community. I wish I could give more stars because it is well deserved. Awesome place to live!
April 7, 2025I've lived at The Springs of Indian Creek for about a year and a half now. The staff is amazing and do everything they can to get issues taken care of. Maintenance is always quick to take care of any service requests. As someone that lives here alone I feel safe at all times. This place is truly a hidden gem. Love it here!Property Manager Responded

Heinous
September 1, 2022The day I was moving went easy considering that they just came in glanced around check some stuff off their sheet didn't really give a look around the apartment to actually see what shape it was in. After moving day realize that the dishwasher wasn't working. After filing for 2 months work requests it took them three separate times to actually come out here and fix it. They wanted to also let me know that once you submit a work request that it will automatically get completed even though they ...haven't come and touched your apartment. The fact that they don't want to tell you that they live across the way from a landfill as well as the copious and abundance amounts of cockroaches that infest not only the grounds of the apartment but also inside the apartment. They say that they try to take care of the landscape by actually doing maintenance to it it looks good but the overall taken care of it between all of the insects that actually come inside the apartment is absolutely heinous they absolutely lied about all of this just to try to get someone to move in.Property Manager Responded

April 22, 2020I don't know why there are any negative comments about this property. Their issues seem to be about the very rules that make this a nice place to live. I have lived here for several years. A Few "Roudy" Tenants Spoil Everything
October 14, 2017For the past 6-8 month I have complained to management about a few tenants who appear to be running an "auto tune-up" shop from a few of the garage spaces resulting in very noisy, loud engine revving, pollution and many junk cars scattered around the complex. Comfortable and spacious
September 25, 2015I moved into my apartment about a year ago. For a one bedroom it is very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom alone is unbelieveably large. The staff is very accomadating and all request are done in a timely fashion. the neighbore are freindly and quiet. i moved to texas ffrom illinois in 2013, this is my third apartment however the only one I have sighned another least with. Downhill Fast
September 2, 2015Everything smells. The building we live in has had a serious ant problem for two years now. There is a nasty smell coming from the bathroom sink - I gag every time I wash my hands in there. Then, of course, there's the landfill directly across the street. August 22, 2015My apartment location is awesome!!! I've lived here for going on 4yrs. Whatever direction I choose to go, I'm a hop, skip and jump from local retail and grocery shopping, and right off of hwy 121. There's a dog park for my little Beauty on site, there's even a car wash on site!! Every neighbor I've run into has had a great attitude. Not to mention my CLOSET!!! AWESOOOME!!
