Poor management
December 21, 2025I have lived in this complex for many years and gone through many managers and front office staff. They have a terrible turnover and can’t seem to keep their employees. Ongoing joke with tenants on who will be in office every time entering. What they say and what actually happens is two different things. The maintenance crew is even worse. I’ve had many problems with the appliances, but don’t get repaired right away and my deposit after I moved out was delayed past the legal date of 30 days with ...many excuses. Avoid it all costs
October 23, 2025Department management people are very incompetent. Apartment management does not care about if you have loud neighbors. No point of making complaints. They will not do anything about it. Property is very poorly maintained. Your air conditioning will not work. And they will tell you that it is when it is clearly not working. They've been working on the clubhouse already for over a year. Still not finished. May 30, 2024I am very pleased with the location and with the staff at royal oaks. The school my daughter goes to is just a block down the road and the also accommodate my disability with my service dog. There is reasonable parking and all the neighbors I have met have been friendly. We have a direct email with the staff and they always respond the next morning. Awesome Place
April 26, 2024I would give a 100 star rating if I could. I had a few smudges on my criminal record from a few years ago and was really worried about even applying, but needed a place so I could get custody of my daughter. They were very friendly and professional during the application process and kept us informed every step of the way as tho where we were in the process. Once accepted they were quick to set up the move in and do the walk through and welcome us to our new Home. Dont Live Here
October 17, 2023I wouldn't live here ever again. I spent two months here and it was a struggle the whole time. After getting the keys to the unit the HVAC system wouldn't cool. I spent many nights in 80 to 90-degree heat. I was still struggling with the HVAC when I left. They had finished repairing the shower walls when got the apartment but they never finished it or cleaned it. I ended up installing a spout and and handle on the shower and I ended up cleaning it myself. I also, had packages stolen from my ...doorstep multiple times. The Management is understaffed, and unorganized, they don't honor their word, and they struggle to maintain the property. Kicked out in the middle of pandemic
October 29, 2020Kicked me out in the middle of a pandemic. Refuse to give me a reason. I have never paid rent late, I have good credit and a stable job. I was going to sign a new lease but after they told me not to, I didn’t. Shortly after I was kicked out without reason in the middle of a pandemic. This is so evil.Property Manager Responded
