December 10, 2018Lived here for two years and it’s absolutely horrible. Filthiest place to live in Jacksonville along with the worst maintenance repairs I’ve ever seen. Roaches everywhere no matter how many times you fog the apartment. Completely terrible. This place should offer cheaper rent. Definitely not worth the price. Very Honest Review
August 1, 2017I moved into Caroline Square in September of 2014. It wasn't the best but it also wasn't the worst at the time. The front office people seemed nice and maintenance was seen on a regular basis cleaning up the complex. Things started going down hill after about 8 months. There was a fire in one of the apartments due to bad electrical work in an empty apartment below it. The bath tubs and sinks are painted white and if you clean like I do, the paint starts to peel after a while. Everything is ...painted in the kitchen as well and stains easily. I don't smoke but since my neighbor did, you could smell it through the vents. The biggest issue came January of 2016. My downstairs neighbor broke into my apartment and attacked me. The leasing office stated he wasn't on the lease but could not provide the information to prove that he wasn't. This man has an extensive criminal history and if he was on the lease the complex shouldn't have allowed him to move in. There has been an influx of crime in the area. They then tried to charge me for moving out. I wouldn't suggest moving to this complex. It isn't very safe any longer and you can honestly find more for your money in a different complex. Dump n worst service. hostage treatment.

A good place for the price
September 23, 2015The apartment is nice and the people in the front office are very friendly. The area surrounding the apartment complex isn't the best but there is a constant police presence within the complex making it relatively safe.Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015I love my apartment. My apartment is convient to everything and when ever something goes wrong they come right away. The landscaping is awesome and we have two pools they are available year round weather permitting. I do not plan on moving any time soon.Review from Apartments.com

September 1, 2015The entire staff is very accomodating. This is an older property but still has charm. The master bedroom has two closets. (A girl's deam)The other two bedrooms have one spacious closets each. The living room/dining room combo with a patio is awesome. My apartment has a full washer/dryer hook up and dish washer.The maintainance staff is friendly and works swiftly. Is this property perfect or fancy, NO but I am proud to call it my home.Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015The apartments is quiet in the mornings, and loud at nights. We haven't have big issues with the apartments. The maintenance comes to fix things in a timely manners. They have pest controls for insects problems.Review from Apartments.com
