The amenities are great, the outdoor grounds are nicely kept, the community is quiet and properly secured (with security cameras/gate), and the staff is always eager to help address questions or concerns. I previously had a P.O box and considered doing the same here, but they have a unique service that delivers your packages that also serves as a P.O box, so no need to spend extra money at the post office. They have great amenities here and it’s all new stuff so that’s always a plus.
