My experience hasn’t been the best and I’m sure you will not post it. Car theft, really loud neighbor, but I think the walls are thin… I can hear when water is ran. I wouldn’t recommend Prose Franz. Sorry but that is the truth.

Moving here has been the best decision! The amenities are great, the outdoor grounds are nicely kept, the community is quiet and properly secured (with security cameras/gate), and the staff is always eager to help address questions or concerns. I previously had a P.O box and considered doing the same here, but they have a unique service that delivers your packages that also serves as a P.O box, so no need to spend extra money at the post office. They are also pet friendly!

The Prose Franz community is great. The property is well kept up, the area is quite and it fits the home like feeling having neighborhoods around it. They have great amenities here and it’s all new stuff so that’s always a plus. I’d definitely recommend anyone looking on the market to give Prose a shot and tour the community!

Beautiful and quiet apartment complex, the office staff are very nice. My move in was a very smooth transition, any questions I have the staff never hesitates to answer. Maintenance request are completed in a timely manner, grounds of complex are kept nice and clean.

I've been here for under a month, and the experience has been great. The apartments are lovely inside and out, and the community is pleasant. The staff in the front office made my move-in day pretty quick and straightforward. I hope to continue enjoying my apartment for the duration of my lease.
