  • Great location and staff

    My experiences here are beyond great. I loved living here and actually thought the maintenance staff was very helpful. My emails would be returned in a timely manner with clear explanation. I highly recommend living in this building and if it weren't for my new career I would still be living here!

  • NOT recommended at all!

    Never have left a review for any business ever. BUT this place is absolutely ridiculous... I have lived in 10 different apartment buildings and I am a meticulously neat person. However, upon moveout, the management reported that they were going to keep my 2,000$ security deposit for "holes" in the wall. Which theses "holes" were small nail holes. Then they reported that there was a stain in the carpet. There 100% was not a stain upon move-out and I have pictures and videos to prove there was not ...
    a stain in that spot. I wanted to fight these accusations just based out of principle at that point. However, it would ultimately cost me more money than the security deposit to hire a lawyer to fight this. Therefore, my pictures are essentially useless and they get to keep my money because they can. Two of my other friends that lived in the apartment also shared that after they left with the new management (started 2019) that they didn't get their deposits back either. Bottom line, they will take your expensive security deposit and the management doesn't care. They will just take your money and scoot you out.

  • Would NOT recommend!

    I have never in my life felt the need to review a business until this incident occurred. The management of this apartment complex is a complete joke. Very beautiful building and that's about all they have going for them. They decided they were going to charge my roommate and I $3,000 worth of damages when we moved out. $700 for the "damage" we did to the drywall (a total of 9 nail holes and small scuffs in the unit)  and $2,352.59 for the "unsalvageable" carpet. They couldn't even seem to send us ...
    the name/ phone number of the professional carpet cleaning company that came in and assessed the carpet damage, despite asking for it numerous times. The carpet had normal wear and tear and in no way was "unsalvagable". After fighting with management for three months and getting nowhere, we finally got a lawyer involved. We kept the apartment in amazing condition, cleaned every Sunday, didn't throw parties, etc. Terrible management that uses their tenant's security deposits to upgrade the units.
