August 2, 2024As a refugee from the construction noise in Nashville Yards, I love the quiet, walkable neighborhood that is Germantown, the scenic views of downtown, and the style and layout of my "studio" 1BR. Jordy, Enrique, and Chris have been diligent in getting me settled, and my dog loves being next to the green areas of the park. The Horizon Park baseball games bring an upbeat vibe next door, and we'll soon have top floor decks facing both the skyline and the sunset.
