The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern finishes that make it feel both comfortable and stylish. You can tell a lot of care went into the details. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located, making everyday errands and commuting easy. Management and staff have been incredibly helpful and ...responsive—any questions or needs we’ve had were addressed quickly and professionally, which really makes a difference when settling into a new home. Overall, moving into The Station at Lenoir City has been a great experience. It truly feels like a place where residents are valued, and we’re very happy to be living here. Don’t make the mistake
December 8, 2025Very unhappy here. If you choose to call this place home, I hope you enjoy your extra roommates. We have been here only one week to discover our home is infested with mice…property management will have pest control drop off some sticky traps. And property management says, “we are not sure what else you want us to do; mice are a part of ‘nature’.”Property Manager Responded

August 7, 2025Amenities/ Mail We are paying for amenities that are not even completed. There is only 1 pet pickup station on the whole property. Our address is not recognized by any delivery service. Our mail is being held at the post office because we don’t have a mailbox. Amazon deliveries either get delivered to the post office for us to pickup or they end up lost.
