Signed a 1 year lease as soon as we met Amie. She is the real deal! Always friendly and accommodating. The management style is the best we have experienced in our entire rental history. Open door policy during normal business hours, and both the leasing office and maintenance team are just a phone call away in case of emergency. We love overlooking the canal and towpath trail. came time to renew our lease, we had a complicated request for the leasing office. Petrucci Residential and Amie were nothing but helpful. They presented a short term lease option that benefitted everybody. No complaining, no hesitation, just thoughtful accommodation.
Now to address some areas of concern. There are only two. First up was the regional rail and Ivy Ridge Station. Yes, occasionally you have to wait for a train to go by. But no, it does not hinder quality of life. The building is well built and insulated. The conductor sounds the horn every time they pass by, but we face the canal and you don't even notice half the time. The noise is distant and faint. Second area of concern was parking. There are no assigned parking spaces, and there are lots of cars here. However, I have never had an issue finding a parking space. As long as you are patient and flexible, a solution always presents itself.
As long as Amie, Joel, and Alex work here, you can expect to join a very welcoming and rewarding community. The Station is a little oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Roxborough-Manayunk!
