    This is by far the worst renting experience I've ever had. The application and lease signing process was painfully slow, and I had to call the leasing company more than 5 times over two weeks to get updates on their progress as they would not inform nor update me. The amenities are sub-par and not equipped to accommodate the number of people living here. The parking spaces are too small (they'll even give you a space clearly marked compact), and then still charge you for a month of parking even ...
    though you can't even use the space. Maintenance is just as lazy and non-communicative as the front office, and you'll need to work through the front office for all maintenance issues because they'll use "*69" when calling you and the third party they use to manage maintenance requests is absolute trash and won't even put in requests for you. This place is absolutely awful with no redeeming qualities. Stay away and look elsewhere.

    After being told the elevators would work by move-in, they did not. Apparently they have been down for months and management has no idea when they are going to be functioning again. Moving furniture up several flights of stairs increased the moving costs 2x. On top of that, the pool is not working as they said it would be. The parking garage is also under construction with limited parking and no assigned spots ($150/month). The air conditioning in my apartment does not work and it has been over ...
    100 degrees the past weekend. I moved in recently and my experience has been terrible since.

  • Stay Away For Now

    We were promised a working elevator and amenities by the time we moved in. That was months ago. Every few weeks we will get an "update" claiming the elevator, pool, hot tub, bbqs, exercise room, and parking garage will wrap up construction soon. Instead, they get delayed over and over again without reason. It is a blatent lie. Stay away from this place. Do not get lured in and trapped paying for amenities that you do not have access to.

    They tell you every few weeks that the amenities will be open in a few weeks. Gone three months with no elevator. Blatantly mislead people on the state of the projects to entice people to sign leases because they were so desperate to fill this place after being closed down.

  • Good place to live

    I enjoy living here, the location, apartments and overall feel are great and have almost everything i need. the new management is good and seems to be trying their best. but some things need to be better like the overall cleanliness, the elevators, hot tub etc

    The ceilings leak weird substances, the halls and stairways smell like trash. This is not a luxury apartment by any means. The staff is so rude and act like fixing basic things around the building is not their job.

    I have lived in many apartments across many states and this is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The leasing office made me feel appreciated as a resident and the maintenance staff keeps the property beautiful. I highly recommend the station at riverfront Park!

  • Dont live here, unsafe building

    Do not live here. I do not feel safe in this building. Several of the "security" doors do not shut properly and you can just push open without scanning in. We recently had an incident with unauthorized visitors smoking illegal substances and having indecent exposure on the 4th floor trash room. Management has taken no responsibility and continues to blame residents. This place is way too expensive to not feel safe, live somewhere else.
