June 24, 2025After being told the elevators would work by move-in, they did not. Apparently they have been down for months and management has no idea when they are going to be functioning again. Moving furniture up several flights of stairs increased the moving costs 2x. On top of that, the pool is not working as they said it would be. The parking garage is also under construction with limited parking and no assigned spots ($150/month). The air conditioning in my apartment does not work and it has been over ...100 degrees the past weekend. I moved in recently and my experience has been terrible since.Property Manager Responded

Stay Away For Now
June 11, 2025We were promised a working elevator and amenities by the time we moved in. That was months ago. Every few weeks we will get an "update" claiming the elevator, pool, hot tub, bbqs, exercise room, and parking garage will wrap up construction soon. Instead, they get delayed over and over again without reason. It is a blatent lie. Stay away from this place. Do not get lured in and trapped paying for amenities that you do not have access to.Property Manager Responded

June 10, 2025They tell you every few weeks that the amenities will be open in a few weeks. Gone three months with no elevator. Good place to live

August 30, 2022The ceilings leak weird substances, the halls and stairways smell like trash. This is not a luxury apartment by any means. The staff is so rude and act like fixing basic things around the building is not their job.Property Manager Responded

Dont live here, unsafe building
March 3, 2022Do not live here. I do not feel safe in this building. Several of the "security" doors do not shut properly and you can just push open without scanning in. We recently had an incident with unauthorized visitors smoking illegal substances and having indecent exposure on the 4th floor trash room. Management has taken no responsibility and continues to blame residents. This place is way too expensive to not feel safe, live somewhere else.Property Manager Responded
