October 25, 2021Unless... you don't mind noisy upstairs neighbors who can't control their kids, or the others who play loud music with extra-obnoxious bass so the paper-thin walls can vibrate with the beat of the 808. There are no cameras, except the one at the front gate. Glass gets shattered in the parking lot and the person who did it doesn't even care if there's a hole in your tire, so they just go about their day. Also, if you don't mind dirty people leaving trash everywhere like there's no such thing as ...littering. If I could get a dollar for every cigarette I see on the ground, I would be one rich person. When dumpsters are wide open, and not even filled, trash gets thrown on the ground instead of inside the bin. Unfortunately the kids are too small to actually throw their own bodyweight in there. Yes, I said "Kids", as in toddlers who just barely graduated 1st grade. Why would you have your babies take out the trash!?!? Cars are zooming through the whole complex going 30 mph. There's some people who turn out of a parking lot after forgetting there's a main-way others are coming in-&-out from. Elevators are broke every 3 weeks or so. This place is full of people with no respect and dignity. The staff is cool and chill.. its just the people who they let in ruin the potential of a decent apartment. If you like living like that, go right ahead, apply , and wait a whole month for you to get processed, if you qualify of course.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

waste of money
December 13, 2020oh my gosh these apartments were just built and are very unorganized unprofessional and have no 24/7 or regular maintenance there were several apartments that were soaked with water and they still havent replaced peoples carpets.they have stict rule restrictions but cant seem to get residents priority met.these apartments suckReview from Apartments.com
Residents need to respect property
August 16, 2020Nice, new apartments but some residents Think it is okay to litter with beer cans, cigarette butts, candy wrappers, fast food bags, etc.In the hallways, elevators, and parking lots. Never mind that they don’t put trash in the bins, just on The ground because they are too lazy to put in the dumpster. Don’t rent in building one unless you don’t mind people using the pool And playground after hours until 2-3 am even though it closes at 10pm. This isn’t just adults, their little kids are there too. ...Loud, obnoxious foul mouthed arguments are an everyday occurrence, loud enough to wake me up in the middle of the night. Management tries but sending out reminder letters won’t do any good if the perpetrators aren’t dealt with.
