Poor management
November 7, 2019Poor management, confused landlord and super no one ever knows what’s going on. Always construction the building is falling apart. Constant leaks in apartments every summer and management blames tenants when they have poor pipes. I have had a leak every year for the past 3 years that has destroyed my tiles. Miss the old super he at least knew what he was doing.Review from Apartments.com
Why I chose the crystal house apartmennt
August 4, 2015Hello. I chose this particular apartment after shopping Manhattan and Bronx rentals because of the amount of space it provided to accommodate my furniture and there was no brokers fee. It also helped that the staff was professional and courteous. I'm renting a two bedroom with 1200 square feet or more. I have an on suite bathroom in my bedroom which compliments my king sized bed and lots of closet space. To close, my terrace is huge and is great for entertaining . I have the real wow factor!Review from Apartments.com
