Nice Unit, But EV Chargers Broken and Hallways Need Work
July 16, 2025I’ve been living here for a few months. My unit is clean and in good shape, and the apartment itself is comfortable. But there are big issues. The EV chargers have been broken for over a month, with no clear timeline for repairs. A staff member even told me they were fixed when they weren’t, which was frustrating, especially since the chargers were a big reason I signed my lease. Also, the hallways could use more frequent cleaning, especially with all the bird nests that can’t be removed, ...leaving messes in common areas. If you don’t need an EV charger and can overlook some maintenance issues, this place might work. Otherwise, be cautious.Property Manager Responded

Quiet, friendly, and professional community
December 23, 2023This is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The staff is amazing. Any maintenance issues are addressed quickly and the team is so good they leave no trace they were even in your apartment fixing something. They have great perks - community events, on site market, two pools, package concierge, valet trash pickup, electric car chargers, etc. I’ve never had an issue with noisy neighbors. October 9, 2023This place is a godsend! Moving here was a great fit for me, the staff here is incredible the best ever. The manager and her staff has made me so comfortable and at home. I have been blessed for sure at this age and this time in my life to start all over is unreal for me but I couldn’t have done it without madi the manager she went beyond and I thank her and her team from the bottom of my heart!! Leasing a studio apartment
August 14, 2023We rented this apartment for our daughter while she is studying in the college nearby. Abigial and Devin answered all our questions for leasing in our situation, the process was efficient, timely responses at all times which reduces the stress of all the paperwork that is required.
