Poor professionalism and communication.
This apartment complex underwent issues with access system to main gate, office, mailbox, and amenities. During this time, when a resident went to inquire about their difficulty with access, the management team put blame on the resident for not brining this issue up sooner. hallways and excrement from pets and birds that goes uncleaned.
The trash service sometimes does not come on days scheduled. There have been several car thefts and homeless population on the property without increase in security or support from management team. No steps have been taken to ensure safety of residents and no communication has been provided regarding this issue as well.

Because this review was submitted anonymously, we’re unable to identify the individual or their specific experience, but we’d appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly. We recently completed a replacement of our community access system. During that transition, amenity access was temporarily limited to office hours to help maintain resident privacy and community security. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused, and if you are still experiencing access issues, please let our team know so we can assist.
Our community also utilizes a courtesy patrol service that completes multiple patrols each day from sundown through the following morning. We encourage residents to report community concerns to our office and to contact SAPD directly regarding suspicious or criminal activity. We’re happy to discuss any of these concerns further.
