Find somewhere else to live
August 1, 2021I’ve lived here with both the old and new owners. Find somewhere else to live the price is definitely not worth it. The look on the outside doesn’t match the “community”. Loud music all hours of the night despite the quiet hours that’s on the lease. Cars being hit in the parking lot and others being towed from parking spots but those in no parking areas are being left alone. The “rules” here are not respected and not enforced. All the office is good at is sending out a 1,000 emails and letters ...under your door. The foundation inside is poorly put together. The “modern” look is very cheaply made. Not as high end as it looks in the pictures. Rent use to be cheaper then new owners took over fixed the siding on the buildings and boosted up prices over $500 a unit. Terrible maintainance - New Manangement
April 26, 2021New management at Sto is terrible for taking up maintenance request. Loogged a complain few days ago and no responce. Blaming each other that they were not aware of the complain. If there is a zero star i would give a zero star.Review from Apartments.com

You never get a second chance to make a first impression
June 13, 2019Have been in the market for two bedroom two bath apartment stumbled across the listing for this new Taj Estates Apartments in Stoughton sent out an initial email asking for more details and how to apply I got an email back with the phase 1 application waiting list in which I filled out immediately upon submitting it on May 10 I got a confirmation that my application had been received . On May 29 2019 I got an email stating my waiting list application had been removed due to unsuccessful ...attempts in reaching me. I mediately responded to the email stating that I have never got a notice email or phone call after my initial confirmation submission of my application. I asked that they please follow up with the person or persons that allegedly tried to contact me several times and their means of contacting me. I then received a email back on 6/8 stating that they apologize for the mix up and would look into my application. By June 12 I had not heard from anyone so I submitted an email again checking the status of ”mix up” and to verify my application was still on file as it should not had been removed. Mind you, you are submitting personal detail information of your life on these applications this is nothing to disregard. I immediately got a return email stating I had been removed from waiting list but could re apply.. with a attached application. No details or information or reason why I was initially removed. I emailed back inquiring again what grounds was I removed and that it was unfair to have to resubmit my information on another application to be at the bottom of the waiting list. The next respond was.. the manger was spoken to and their was nothing that could be done I would need to re apply. I returned email saying this was unprofessional asking if this is how they conducted their business? I also requested to speak to manager directly. I have yet to hear back! Not to mention I have called the office several times on several different occasions, never get a live person and no voice mail is set up.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
