Roaches and bugs everywhere on the first day of move-in. Tried calling the office; no one picked up. There's only one person in the office, and she is never there. Grills at the pool are locked up for some reason, and you are unable to use them. Noisy neighbors who would leave out trash and bang on doors early in the morning. Sinks have mold, and they won't clean them out. You have to do it yourself. Both gates are either always open because they are broken, so anything could come in. Stairs are ...

The worst apartment complex in Nashville, Tennessee. The staff does not care about your safety, issues with your apartment and neighbors. They only issue they have is if you pay the rent late!

I lived her from 2007-2010 and loved it. I moved in while I was actually still in high school about 2 hours away, but my experience was fabulous! I also had just the very basic model and was still loving it! Ahhhh, to be young again!!
