Very disappointing experience

The stairs needed to be repaired, and it took several months to complete what ended up being subpar stairs that are already showing signs of needing small repairs. Residents were forced to leave their apartments while still paying full rent. The temporary accommodations were also inadequate—my roommate and I were placed in the same hotel room. The entire situation was extremely disruptive, with additional issues such as neighbors frequently knocking on the walls. I would strongly recommend that ...
prospective tenants ask management how major repairs and relocations are handled before signing a lease.
