October 12, 2021Poor quality. Very cheaply made and maintenance won't upgrade old appliances. They refuse to accept they are going out and will write it off as working as they should.Property Manager Responded

AVOID THIS APARTMENT
October 27, 2016Cheaply made for the monthly price you will be paying. Multiple things do not work in apartment and was told it just could not be fixed. A major one was the ELECTRICAL OUTPUTS IN THE KITCHEN!! Management is incompetent and unprofessional. Changes about once a week. Look for other places in Kyle! This place is the pits
April 19, 2016This is the worse apartment complex I have lived in my entire life. The neighbors are rude. The staff is unprofessional. Management changes hands like the hands on a clock. The material in the apartment screams cheap. The washer / dryer is horrible. It ruined a set of new towels in a matter of weeks. The contractors who put the apartment together were sorry. This is a total waste of space. You will totally hate it if you move here. We've even had people break their lease to move out. It's that ...bad. August 22, 2015I love this place! the property manager is super nice and there always open to customer ideas, which i love! The location if the apartments is perfect its right in between san marcos and austin, and its super accessible. Construction hasn't been a problem at all there nearly done and where i am at its super quiet! the appartment in general is really nice, there are the granite counter tops and the electric appliances which i don't mind. August 19, 2015I just moved here from North Carolina and I LOVE my new 1 bedroom! It has all the amenities I wanted including a great pool and workout room. Love our new place! Beautiful brand new
August 14, 2015We love our new 2 bedroom. The place is small and gated. Realy nice amenities and though still under construction very clean and peaceful. We enjoy the pool, workout room and our dog we like takeing for walks in the nice neighborhood of houses behind us. Both the ladys in the office are so nice. Our move in went so smooth. We even showed up early and they made a special appointment to help us out. Very organized frirndly and you can tell they are busy with lots of move ins. But still take time ...to be frirndly to everyone. If your looking for a new nice place I recommend this place. Construction is not finished....otherwise not so bad
August 11, 2015We moved into the apartment not having seen it first (we moved from florida) so we were surprised to see a lot of the things like dog park, pet grooming station, car ports that they list on their website are not there. Also many pictures on the apartments actual website are not the apartment complex its another complex that is owned by that company. All pictures shown here on apartments.com are correct. Not much of a view expected of the pool and a cow pasture. The management are nice and try ...there best but if you have a service issue bring it right to them do not rely on there online system. The apartment was nice clean, the appliances are nice and so are the neighbors.
