January 29, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comReally like the apartment. However, we’ve had all sorts of issues with getting things fixed. We had a fridge thats icemaker wasn’t working and it took forever to finally get it replaced. The new one was not hooked up properly and has a big scratch on it. Last year they cracked the granite countertop in the kitchen and it has yet to be replaced. There have been repetitive problems with the garage door being left open for weeks at a time. The concierge service has really changed into more of a rent ...a guard. They are not at the desk often there at night. They’re off doing other things. Maintenance crushes it, have showed up the same day I have submitted tickets both times I've needed something. Amenities are great. Location is great. Staff is great. Coffee in the lobby is great. Only area I would suggest for improvement is guest parking, really hard to have guests if they cant get a spot on the street. Would be cool to contract with the bank building to the right to see about getting some guest passes over there.Property Manager Responded
