They listen to any concerns I have had and are quick with resolutions. With apartment living there are going to be issues that come up and let me just say they are on it! I know sometimes people can have a bad experience and be quick to write a negative review but what they do not consider is that the team really does listen to our concerns but there is a process to everything. The ...location is perfect for me, it is close to downtown and basically in Hillard but still tucked away and peaceful. I've enjoyed the Stratton so much in the last year and can't wait to renew!Read More
Terrible place
November 18, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comLISTEN PLEASE! DO NOT RENT HERE! They use a submetering company by the name of APL Power and electric that charges an insane amount. Just to put things in perspective all of my electronics are on surge strips that turn off when I leave. If I'm not using something its off (computers, lights etc). Starting with my move in on august(2 weeks of billing) to November my electric bill was the following: $129, $223, $80 , $544.88. There's no typo.

October 31, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comIt’s been an experience living here and having management changed every couple weeks, everything is built cheap. No one takes care of the property. Glass everywhere all the time in the parking lot, no refills on the animal potty stations. It’s just been an experience. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here with the how it’s priced.
