It is located centrally along the Richmond Road corridor to provide quick access to shops, restaurants, and New Circle. Every apartment comes with access to all of our community's amenities and is supported by our on-site management and maintenance teams. We offer two sizes of studio apartments and a 1 bedroom apartment. Our full-service online portal allows residents to manage their experience 24 hours a day with the ability to pay online, request maintenance, and manage renters insurance. October 29, 2021Lived here for about a year, great 1st apartment. Noise is acceptable, walls are a tad thin; so if you have issues with noise this may not work for you. Other than that, friendly staff and modernized living. Plenty of parking, and no nosey neighbors; most are very friendly. Fireplace and grill to hangout by out back. Overall, if you are looking for your first apartment and are on a budget, this place is great due to being all utilities included in the rent.Review from Apartments.com
Nice Place
September 28, 2020I was here for a year and thought it was a great place to stay. Good location with lots of restaurants/stores nearby on Richmond road, the property is well lit at night, and the appliances in your room are modern and nice. Property management and maintenance are easily accessible and helpful. All utilities are included in rent so makes it that much easier! Would recommend living here.Review from Apartments.com
Smaller Complex with above average Organization and Management
February 17, 2020I lived in Seven different apartment/Condo complexes since 2005 in both Kentucky and Florida, and this is the best-managed complex that I lived in. Justin, the manager, and Brian in Maintenance are friendly and very quick at helping anyone out at the complex. There is plenty of parking is available, the complex is clean and all utilities are included in the rental bill, in a solid Lexington location. For those who work or study at home or do work or study at home, The internet is ...exceptional here and never had any problems at all, which was a huge problem at the last place I lived in here in Lexington. This place was perfect for when I downsized over a year ago.
