      I absolutely love the Sudbury! The staff is incredible, very friendly and kind and always remembers me. The building is impeccable and they’re constantly cleaning and doing little touches that make it feel luxurious but homey.

      The building, location and amenities are great - but the level of basic professionalism is missing across the board. Packages are constantly missing only to show up behind the desk days later, communication on maintenance is unprofessional across a number of facets, units are poorly maintained and appliances / plumbing is constantly needing repair. There is elevator maintenance constantly - which should not be the case with a building built in 2020. Community events don't build community - the ...
      events are often not nearty enough food and take place in the lobby, causing that space to get chaotic. The front desk concierge are often cold and I have seen tense interactions occur with residents on a number of occasions. We love the building, the community of residents and pictured ourselves here for a number of years (and have considered upgrading our apartment to extra BR) but Greystar has really ruined every aspect of service making living here more of a headache when many residents come to a building this nice to get rid of those headaches. We have now considered leaving after 1 year.

      The Sudbury is luxury at its best. A beautiful building in the heart of downtown Boston with incredible views and services. The employees are approachable, warm, and friendly.       I've lived at the building for 4 years and have watched it fall apart more and more each year. The building used to be amazing to live in but has become a daily nightmare. I'm looking forward to moving out when my lease expires.

      I love living here at The Sudbury> For three years now I have enjoyed the community of neighbors, made friends, and felt cared about by management and staff. The amenities are fantastic, including the barbecue area and the dog park and pet spa. Maintenance is timely. And the location! You can't beat the nearness to the MBTA green and orange lines and buses, shopping, the greenway, Boston Public Market, restaurants (including the famous Union Oyster House), Faneuil Hall, medical facilities, ...
      museums...I could go on. Did you know we are about 4 blocks from the Boston Gardens...no need to search for parking during sporting events and concerts? Nuff said. You will definitely like it here.

      The staff of the Sudbury is superb. It's clear they take great pride in their work. The building, hallways, and common places are always clean. With summer events all around us, the Sudbury is the center of Boston!

      The building is so beautiful - the cleaning staff are working 24/7, the common areas/lobby/gym could not be more clean and beautiful! Everything outside of rent is another cost - to replace your key or get a spare is $75/ takes a few days, parking in the garage next to the building is over $500 a month - things like that. The front desk/managing staff are generally friendly. I’m a younger resident under 30 so maybe that’s part of it but I still feel like I’m always doing something wrong/nervous ...
      to ask questions. I wish the common outdoor spaces were dog friendly (if leashed), it’s a bummer to have to leave your pup inside when you want to go enjoy. The video tour of the actual apartment I ended up moving into showed a regular oven, so I was pretty disappointed when I moved in and instead had a “fancy” microwave I still can’t work. Lots of construction on the building’s east side, sound isn’t bad but views will be changing and that wasn’t discussed in my lease/considered in my rent.

      Living at The Sudbury has been an absolute dream! Since moving here in February, I still can't believe this is my home. The location is unbeatable, with the lively North End neighborhood offering fantastic dining and entertainment options right at my doorstep. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The views of the city, especially from the Sky Lounge at night, are breathtaking.       has been incredibly convenient. The management team, especially Katie, has been exceptional, ensuring that my living experience here is comfortable and enjoyable. The concierge desk is also fantastic, always personable, helpful, and accommodating—like providing creamer for those early mornings when I've run out. I highly recommend The Sudbury to anyone looking for a fantastic place to live.
