March 1, 2026Overall grounds and Nicely kept and noise is low. Orkin and matinence tend to leave lights on and not lock front doors which is not okay. Especially leaving front doors unlocked. You would think the would lock them after they tell you the are coming inReview from Apartments.com

January 22, 2026Ay, mi apartamento en The Summit es demasiado lindo, de verdad. Es grande, cómodo, y desde que uno entra se siente ese vibe acogedor que hace que todo se vea más bonito. La luz natural entra súper bien y eso hace que el lugar se vea aún más amplio. Me encanta cómo todo está distribuido, porque no se siente apretado ni incómodo. Las áreas comunes siempre están limpias y el mantenimiento responde rápido, así que uno vive tranquila. Además, la ubicación es perfecta: cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y ...todo lo que uno necesita sin manejar lejos. No es un lugar súper fancy, pero para mí es perfecto, se siente como hogar y tiene todo lo necesario para vivir bien. With the swimming pool all summer we enjoy going there n like the opportunity to meet other residents n their children.
