April 28, 2026I had an excellent experience living at this apartment complex. The property is very well-maintained, clean, and managed professionally. The staff has always been responsive, helpful, and easy to work with whenever anything came up. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, which made a big difference. The overall atmosphere here is quiet, safe, and welcoming. The amenities are in great condition, and it’s clear that management takes pride in keeping everything up to a high ...standard. Parking, common areas, and landscaping are all consistently well taken care of. April 19, 2026Everything is great, except for the parking situation at night; it is becoming impossible to find a spot. There are apartments with more than one car, and they park right near the building—I really don't know how they manage to get parking passes for two vehicles in the same lot. Honestly, I find it very unfair that—despite paying for a covered space—I can't get a spot close to the building, and end up having to park far away in the wee hours of the morning, rain and all.Review from Apartments.com

April 16, 2026It is very difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep, as it is very noisy! People above my constantly stomping around, people in the halls making loud phone calls and talking, kids screaming/crying....I had worried about dog barking, but they are the quietest of them all! People in their cars honking their horns, parking in the handicap spots to pick up or drop off people.... speeding thru the complex....it is total chaos here! I smell marijuana in the halls at times which makes my migraines ...worse. I have lived in several complexes previously, and they have never been this noisy and people this disruptive and disrespectful of their surroundings.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 1, 2026Overall grounds and Nicely kept and noise is low. Orkin and matinence tend to leave lights on and not lock front doors which is not okay. Especially leaving front doors unlocked. You would think the would lock them after they tell you the are coming inReview from Apartments.com

January 22, 2026Ay, mi apartamento en The Summit es demasiado lindo, de verdad. Es grande, cómodo, y desde que uno entra se siente ese vibe acogedor que hace que todo se vea más bonito. La luz natural entra súper bien y eso hace que el lugar se vea aún más amplio. Me encanta cómo todo está distribuido, porque no se siente apretado ni incómodo. Las áreas comunes siempre están limpias y el mantenimiento responde rápido, así que uno vive tranquila. Además, la ubicación es perfecta: cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y ...todo lo que uno necesita sin manejar lejos. No es un lugar súper fancy, pero para mí es perfecto, se siente como hogar y tiene todo lo necesario para vivir bien.
