September 30, 2025It has been different as I have not rented for over 20 years. My apartment is super clean, spacious, and the staff are welcoming. I have only been here for about a month, however I feel at home when I am here. I love the fact that they have a pool and a workout area. Not to mention that all the mail carriers have access to the clubhouse to deliver packages to a secure area.Review from Apartments.com

September 4, 2025Have lived here a year. Glad to have the pool we enjoyed this summer. The maintenance it takes to keep ahead is done daily or weekly. September 1, 2025Maintenance has tentative when needed; however, cars speed throughout this complex-just this past Friday at 3pm, I witnessed at least 10 cars zooming in and out of the complex at high speeds, without a care that children were out, or others were walking around. It has become a very noisy place to live, crime, disrespectful people shouting and blaring music, without a care that someone might be sleeping. I can smell marijuana in the building (which makes me sick!). I have never used the amenities, ...as with the things I observe going on around here, I stay inside my apartment, only to come out to get the mail or leave. August 15, 2025The summit apartments in coldwater are great! They include a gym, pool, and in unit washer and dryer.
