Best Place I've Lived
February 6, 2026I love living here. I've been here since the beginning. The old manager was great, and Samantha is really nice, too. I've had two apartments, and they both have great storage. I need lots of closet space. Alvarado doesn't have much, so I do have to leave town to run errands, but I like how quiet and peaceful it is here. Horrible
January 24, 2026Listen to the warnings. I’m constantly getting harassed by a neighbor and the office does nothing saying it’s normal because the walls are thin. I just got here and already feel unwelcome and trapped inside a prison. The apartment was dirty when I moved in, I didn’t have access to the amenities and mail for about a month. It’s not a mischaracterization as they said when someone else stated that office staff is rude and incompetent. Run, don’t stop, you’ll be signing your life away!Property Manager Responded

BEWARE Horrible apartments
January 21, 2026BEWARE Horrible apartments. Every aspect is terrible. Walls are paper thin. Constructed with subpar materials. Tenants are trashy and management is completely incompetent and no security at all. 134 police reports in less than a year and gates NEVER work. This place is a joke.
