About The Summit at Coates Run
The Summit at Coates Run in Athens, Ohio is only minutes from Ohio University! We offer 4 bedrooms 4 baths, 3 bedrooms 3 bath, and a select number of 2 bedrooms and two 2 bath apartment homes. Each apartment comes fully furnished with a leather couch and chair, entertainment center, coffee table, end table, and four bar stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen appliances are all GE appliances, and include a refrigerator, built-in microwave, electric range, and dishwasher, plus an ice maker in the fridge and garbage disposal in the sink! Each bedroom includes a full-size bed, stackable dresser, nightstand, desk, and a two-position study chair. Each apartment has its own laundry room with a washer and dryer, too! Each resident also has access to a resort-style heated swimming pool, game room, huge fitness center, free tanning, 24-hour cyber cafe. We also boast the best maintenance team in town! The staff is very friendly and the maintenance team does a great job of fulfilling our requests in a timely manner. It is a beautiful place to live for a decent price. The bus transportation is also great, especially when the weather isn’t so nice!

Overall, a very solid experience. Only downside is that the location is somewhat unwalkable, having to wait for the bus is a damper on the living experience.

Love how close it is to school and that there’s a bus that takes you to campus. Maintenance is very friendly and comes quickly once a work order has been put in.

Overall a great space! Parking could be better but beds and baths are spacious and comfy. Appliances have all worked and if something breaks maintenance is quick to fix it.

Great for college students, pretty well built as well, with lots of amenities. Fairly quiet compared to the rest of the city's apartments. The location is fantastic for Ohio University students.

Pretty good apartment want to get it cleaned? You will walk into it dirty and nasty because the cleaning people don't know how to do. Their job maintenance is really quick. A good parking.

Common area is not well maintained. Dirty and rusty. The interior Wall was not cleaned well or retouched well.
Model room looked wonderful.
Most people who work in the office are very nice and the office was very inviting.
