I would recommend that the office people have better communication. I feel like I get asked the same question over and over for example my lease renewal this past year we’ve been asked three times the same question about our lease renewal and they’ve gotten the same answer yet it hasn’t been documented. I also feel like the property manager needs to do more routine check-in, checking things such as plumbing water damage stuff like that to avoid issues in the future I did just have a flood sewage ...
issue that could have been avoided if routine inspections were done. In addition to that I had water damage from the upstairs water heater. The water was coming down and it created mold in my water heater closet which when they replaced her water heater for leaking they should’ve come down and checked my water heater to see if any water damage had happened, but they didn’t. I feel like I pay way too much money in rent for the quality of this apartment property manager of the summit you need to do better.

I have loved living here at The Summit at Flagstaff! My apartment is clean and cozy, and the view from my unit is secluded and lovely. It's a very tranquil place to live. There's great access to get just about any place in town, but the main street isn't super busy, which is great for when I'm walking my dog. They've ignored my notification of this issue for much longer than a week, and despite having messaged them about it three times, so I figured I'd drop a 1: The roof leaks during monsoons, and they're more interested in penny pinching than doing their jobs and merely addressing the issue. This can cause the roof to cave in. Do avoid.

There's really not anything to complain about. The best part, in my opinion, would be the architecture, interior design, and of course pine trees. If you can afford it, go for it.

WORST COMPLEX, LYING AND SCAMMING MANAGEMENT

YOU WILL BE LIED TO AND CHEATED OUT OF YOUR MONEY. By far the worst apartment complex I have ever dealt with. The leasing consultant lied to me and my roommate multiple times about what paper work was official and unofficial for a future lease. We were lied to into signing official papers and the consultant was told multiple times that we did not wish to sign any official papers. We were charged $390 for just trying to try and apply, and were not given a full refund. Also after receiving our tour ...

The property looked like there had been no maintenance or landscaping done in months and was cramped and did not look anything like the pictures. DO NOT LEASE WITH SUMMIT.
