October 2, 2020I am a current renter who owned a home for years. I moved into the Summit a few months back. I am very happy with the customer service that the rental office and maintenance staff provide on a daily basis. The size of the apartments are very spacious as well. Well worth the money spent each month on rent. I am glad I found these apartments and plan to live here for years to come.Property Manager Responded

The Summit(Great place to live)
July 29, 2015What can I say about this place except for great the neighbors are friendly and polite. The rental and maintenance staff are also friendly and very helpful. I had problems with my sink and I called the leasing office and they sent me someone within the same day. It is a quite and safe area. Within walking distance to public transportation and stores and restaurants such as Fudruckers,Giant,and Cvs. The apartment complex host various tenant activities such as Christmas parties with awesome food ...and games.Pool parties with music and door prizes. Their club house is amazing with a state of the art fitness center, computer room and lounge area. This is one place that should be first on your list for places to live.
