Where to start! Well, first of all, when it comes to the front office team, they are top notch (Adam we’ve worked with more closely) and they have gotten all of my service requests taken care of in a timely manner! We even needed our carpet tacked back down and they got a contractor out asap! We love our floor plan but have realized that having one bathroom (2x1) isn’t the best for us. renovated interiors! ? Other than the one bath being a personal issue, we adore our home! The community is quiet and I LOVE all of the trees! Parking is NEVER an issue where our building is and the pool is beautiful and shaded, which is perfect with how hot summers get! I always say it and mean it but, we’ll be living in this community until we are ready for a house. Not to mention, we originally had an apt leased for two months at a different community up the road only to find out our home was infested with roaches on the day of our move in! When I reached out to Summit, the team did everything in their power to get us moved in as soon as they could and we are sooooo appreciative! We couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Team Summit, for all you do for everyone! You’re definitely appreciated by the Skinner family!
