Thin walls, overcharged when moving out
April 3, 2023The walls are extremely thin, and you can hear the conversations of individuals next door. The carpet and flooring were old when we moved in. We are being overcharged for a spot on the floor and damage to a floor that was already damaged.Property Manager Responded

Beware
July 30, 2020This apartment complex is placed between 2 bad neighborhoods. I just had two cars stolen! Their gate stays open and the cameras watching cars go in and out, are broken. The property manager is worthless. When I asked to be let out of my lease because we don't feel safe and the security that they advertise doesn't work, she told me I'd have to pay for 2 months rent to be let out! I stayed in spring lake for 10 years and had no problems. 3 months here, 2 cars stolen. Awful place to live.Property Manager Responded

Nope
July 18, 2018This is not a gated community. The gate is always broken so it is left open just to be fixed then be back broke and open again and then if you ride to the back of the apartment complex the only thing that is separating it from the crime ridden neighborhood next door is a gate that can be climbed over. I don't feel safe here especially when cars are being broken into. The bugs are terrible especially the spiders that are everywhere. You cant avoid walking into spider webs at all. The buildings ...stairs and walkways in the building are filthy. Thanks to trash valet people leave trash and trash cans outside 24/7. One neighbor even has maggots living in their trash can. Called the office to report and nothing happened. I never personally had any problems with staff or maintenance but these other issues make me want to move.Property Manager Responded

Can’t wait to leave!
July 9, 2018I been living at Ardmore Pointe for 10 months and I hate it. The office staff and maintenance are pleasant my issues are not with them. I have never had an issue with them at all. My problem is the complex in general. The bugs are bad. Seeing that my aparment is located near water and trees walking up the stairs every night I constantly run into spider webs. Spiders are every where. Also recently the gate has been kept open. My guess is because someone is always breaking the exit gate. I moved ...here specifically because it was gated due to me coming home at 3 am from work. Well someone has been going around stealing things out of unlocked cars now. I cant fault them for someone always breaking the gate but i feel im not safe here now. As soon as my lease is up I will be looking elsewhere.Property Manager Responded
August 3, 2018We're sorry to hear about your issues, and we'd love to take the chance to address them. For pests, we are deep cleaning the breezeways and around the buildings to try and help. We also have free pest control service if you ever feel like you are in need of additional attention, to utilize just reach out to the office and explain the problem areas and we will be happy to add you on our list. Unfortunately as you've said, the gate has been propped open. We have had a new vendor come out to inspect how to solve this going forward but it does become an issue when people run into the gate of that we cannot control. Though with the new vendor our hopes are that this time of the gates being down will not last long and to that we hope you'd reconsider staying with us once installed. We don't like negative reviews but it does allow us to find areas to improve on and we hope that once everything is addressed and fixed that you'll at least leaving us an updated review.

STILL satisfied after 5 years
February 13, 2018I will like to say to all that inquire. I have made my abode in this complex for the last five years and have no regrets to call it Home. After living in Germany the most Highest standard of living place you can live after going through 3 management changes. I have not found One like Marie that take any issue that I have big or small and handle it like it was Hers!!!! If you want access to the Greats that Fayetteville has to offer you can not find a better location as for jobs, schools, new ...shopping and smooth driving!!!!!Property Manager Responded

Always have community functions to bring us all together. Great family atmosphere. Ammentities are excellent. Satisfies every need. Bad Experience
March 8, 2017Apartment looked nice at first. Gym was broken entire time we lived there. Maintenance never comes to fix things in the apartments. definitely not dog friendly- charged me to replace my carpet upon move out even though our dog stayed in a kennel when we weren't home. Lived in many communities in Fayetteville, and find this one extremely unprofesional.Property Manager Responded
