My experience at Sutherland Apartments has been outstanding thanks to Jatiya and Alyx. They are incredibly kind, patient and helpful. Even showing me the units twice and guideing me through the different floor plans. They gave me great ideas about the area.- where to hang out and what to do. The grounds are nice and quiet and the location is perfect for me. And above everything else they heard me, and they welcomed me with open arms. I couldn’t be happier with my choice.

I moved into The Sutherland Apts based on a friend's referral and online photos. However I must say that the unit i moved into was more than i expected. Spacious and top of the line appliances with extra large washer and dryer. The cabinets are spacious and the comfort once I got moved in has been unmatched. As an older person I also appreciate the elevator rides up to the 3rd floor. Thank you Ja'Tiya for all the patience and help with the easy move in process

The Sutherland has been my home since its inception. The fact that it has several amenities, from a state of the art gym, large swimming pool, doggie park, elevator access and not to mention the various events they have on-site. Andretti’s will be up and coming soon, IKEA is just a 3 minute drive, the Movie Theater is the next street over. I've been living here since they opened in the summer of 2020. Almost 3 years and so grateful; the staffing has had very little change that speaks volumes. Alex (my original leasing agent) and Alisha have been solid and have taken excellent care of me as a tenant and do a good job taking care of the grounds and amenities. When i first moved in last year these were great. Now they are over crowded, people are beginning to trash the grounds and stairwells, parking sucks, and worst of all neighbors are extra loud. Calling the courtesy officer doesn't help. It's just... it got bad really quickly.

Dogs, other unit conversations, and the worse part right by the empty toll highway where cars like to race and see how loud their car can get.
