I lived here for a year and it was beyond awful. The management is poorly trained and non-responsive to issues/problems. Parking for guests is a nightmare. The front desk personnel (other than James) are horrible. The neighborhood has a huge spike in crime (which I have witnessed). They are also way overcharging. Terrible value. I had several issues for being a newer building (electrical, mechanical, utilities)….pool and gym are nice, the rest of the place stinks

This Property is Beautiful. I am from a small town called Prichard, Alabama and I have a three bedroom apartment! They are amazing! The property is clean. Everyone evens says I seem a lot happier since I moved in here. After a long dat at Georgia State I go rest my nerves here at the sutton. My daughter loves it is al well. ! I am happy and grateful.
