I love the sense of community I get at the Swift from both staff and other residents! But I feel that the cost of rent—which was just increased by the absolute maximum allowable by law—is a bit unreasonable for what we are getting. If it increases any more I am sadly going to have to move.

I’ve been living in this studio apartment in NW DC and overall it’s been a great experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which really makes the community feel welcoming. The apartment itself is comfortable and suits my needs well. The only downside is that I’d love to see the rent lowered a bit, since DC can be pricey. On the positive side, the building is well-maintained, and I feel good about the upkeep and management

The Swift is clean, safe and the staff is very nice. I love the area, it’s close to the train station, a grocery store and walking distance to so many other coffee shops, pizza shops etc. Perfect place to live

I've only been here 2 weeks but the apartment is nice. A few bumps and dings but overall nice. Above a Safeway for immediate needs, walkable, usually cups on patrol, metro accessible. Comfortable complex so far

I love living at The Swift because the location to public transportation is unbeatable. We also have THE BEST view! The amenities are fantastic and the building is always kept so clean.

I’ve been living here since 2021 and it’s been a great experience. It’s very clean, staff always available, secure package system, maintenance requests are handled efficiently and it’s safe. Would recommend to anyone!

Great Experience, great living

The Swift’s apartments are great to live in. With the current Management team, requests are being fulfilled, emails are getting responses, and overall the building has done a complete 360. I also enjoy the events they plan for the tenants. Great experience!
