Not as good as it used to be

In summary: PROS: -Good maintenance team (when they show up) -Relatively safe CONS: -Constant construction noise/activity -Living in almost complete darkness for a month while they complete patio “renovations” -Contractors parking in your paid parking spot -Excessive intrusion of privacy with at least 4 "inspections" annually -Management is not as responsive as they used to be - Maintenance team is not as reliable anymore

I LOVE the staff at the Sycamores Apartments. Always helpful and positive. I've never encountered a manager like Trina, smart, peaceful, personable and a great asset to have at the helm here. If you decide to live at the sycamores you will be so happy with these people they make you feel welcome and do all they can to assist you if there are ever any problems. Also the new pool deck is Super pretty. So are the Trees here especially the Redwoods !! And BTW this is a VERY convenient location ...

Don’t expect to get any sleep here!

Extremely noisy neighbors. Have to call police often. Management does nothing to correct the situation. And the 30 day guarantee is a joke. Look elsewhere. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Great place to live!

If you love pups and friendly people, you should live here! The staff is so friendly, Trina is the most friendly, helpful & always reply’s to my emails within the day I sent them! The sycamores is quite, dog & kid friendly and they have a gym, a pool, a hot tub & washer and dryers on site. Thanks for always being so nice to our family, we will continue to live here until we outgrow this apartment!

The sycamores

Really good apartment to start in. On thing that i didn't like was that the apartment i lived in didn't have a washer/dryer unit in the apartment. Other that its pretty awesome.

Great so far!

I recently moved in to the Sycamores, and I feel I made a great choice! The unit is clean, cozy, and the perfect size! Also, the community amenities such as the pool, spa, and laundry room are clean. The ladies who work in the office are always bright, cheery, and ready to assist! One of my favorite perks at the Sycamore Apartments is the fact that it is gated, which sets it apart from many other apartment communities in the area.

I am a young airman living with my husband in the Sycamore apartments. We absolutely love it here! The staff is very helpful and flexible. When I got my orders that I was moving to Travis AFB, CA. I immediately started looking for an apartment. I emailed probably 10-15 different places, and the only place I heard back from within a couple days was the Sycamore Apartments. We couldn't view the apartment before hand since I was stationed somewhere else at the time, so instead they sent us several ...
accurate pictures of all of their lovely options that we could pick from. We desired just the single bed room since we aren't having kids anytime soon, but the two bedrooms are honestly just as nice. Our apartment has brand new carpet, fresh paint, and it's plenty spacious for the both of us. We plan on staying here for the rest of my enlistment. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anybody, but I think it's perfect for military members. The price is so adorable and the fact that it's a gated community, which most places aren't, really makes us feel safe all the time. It seems like we don't have any neighbors because they are so quiet, or the walls are very thick. Trust me and pick the Sycamore apartments and you won't be disappointed. Military standards are high standards and I am more than impressed with our living quarters! Thanks you.
