Moved in to my 1st Apartment!
August 30, 2025Super excited to finally have someplace to call home. The area is ok and they are pet friendly. Buildings clean and maintenance is on point. My boyfriend and I had a fantastic experience working with JaJuan during our leasing process at The Sidney Mansfield. From our first call to the day we signed the lease she was incredibly patient and thorough. We had a lot of questions as first-time renters, and Jajuan took the time to explain every detail, making us feel completely at ease. April 20, 2023Kaylee has made my over all experience better than terrific. Hands down the best customer service anyone could receive. I would give 10 stars if that was an option. Thank you for everything! If you have to submit a work order for a repair at the apartment it will get completed the same day, which is super rare nowadays. Overall living here has been a great experience. The staff here are super friendly, and are always greeting you with a smile on their face. You can do better
August 5, 2022Have cancelled EVERYONES mail for a week now by refusing mail carrier inside. Property Manager is unprofessional, childish. Coffee machine is always empty. Trash blows around property. Walls are paper thin. Go somewhere you can get what you pay for!Property Manager Responded
