January 22, 2026I’ve been living here for a short time, but I already feel at home. The move-in process was smooth and well-organized, the management team was incredibly responsive and friendly from day one. Any questions were answered quickly, and they made sure everything in the unit was clean and in perfect working order before I arrived. The apartment is bright, modern, and surprisingly quiet. I love the layout—plenty of storage, good natural light, and appliances that feel solid and new. The building’s ...common areas are well maintained, and you can tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything tidy. So far, the community feels safe and welcoming. Neighbors I’ve met in the hallways and elevators have been friendly, and the overall atmosphere is calm and comfortable. Parking has been easy, and the location makes errands and commuting simple. November 18, 2025My experience here at Sylvan is getting less exciting. I am on my 5 years old since moving and honestly moving is not fun. The apartment is great however the customer service is not the same.Review from Apartments.com

October 31, 2025The Sylvan is a great place to live, but it is not a non-smoking community. When I moved in almost eight years ago, it was a non-smoking community. It has gotten progressively worse over the past several years and is a serious problem now.Property Manager Responded

October 15, 2025So far so have just toured the residence and it has been wonderful. My apartment is flawless and the landscaping around the residence is really inviting. I especially love the gym and all the outdoor spaces !Property Manager Responded

October 1, 2025I love living here for many reasons. The management team is great. I have had no issues with them. They are friendly, caring. The team has many activities for the residents and pets! The pool is my fun. I do my exercises in the pool. Meet other residents. The grounds are kept clean, fresh plants...Where I live I love how quiet it is. ??Property Manager Responded
