    Once again I had the need to install a handlebar in one of the bathrooms. Put in a request and in less than 24 hours it was installed. The Management Team continues to amaze me on their understanding and action orientation. Their performance is impressive.

  • Resort-style living

    I recently made The Sylvan at Painted Tree my new home and it truly feels like living in a resort. The apartments are brand new with modern finishes, high ceilings, and a spacious layout. I love the quartz countertops, full-size washer/dryer, and smart thermostat in my unit. The amenities are amazing — the saltwater pool, 24-hour fitness center, golf simulator, and even a movie theater make it easy to relax or have fun without leaving home. The convenient dog park and pet wash station on the ...
    property allows me to have less to worry about. The Sylvan also offers short term stays for friends and family to visit. The staff has become new friends. They are always helpful, and always a phone call away. The location is exactly what I was looking for in a community offering convenience for commuting by car and close to shopping. I am happy to say The Sylvan is a clean, safe, and beautiful community that I’m happy to call home.
