Horrible communication
November 12, 2024I provided my personal information to be considered as a potential resident and even completed a tour, although we had to reschedule due to the unit not being a good fit. We agreed on a specific date and time for a face-to-face meeting, setting it up two weeks in advance. I drove from the east side of Madison, only to arrive and find no one there. The lights were off, and despite another individual with an appointment being present, there was no sign of staff. I attempted to reach out multiple ...times through calls, leaving voicemails and sending emails, but I still have not received any response. I would recommend Trotta!

The underground parking is clean and very convenient in winters! Maintenance was always very timely and helpful, as was the management office. Very happy so far

June 22, 2022Let me list the reasons: 1) tenant has to print their own lease for signature. 2) the poor maintenance guy runs the place. 3) the wiring in this new apartment complex is messed up. 4) the thermostat is located near the front door of apartment, thus poor circulation of air resulting in a/c running all the time. 5) clothes washer machine will not fill with water b/c they refuse to replace the 6’ hot/cold water lines with 4’ water lines.Property Manager Responded
