Terrible management, terrible maintenance
October 21, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comManagement never follows through on their commitments. Maintenance never finishes their projects. They just close out requests, but don't finish the repairs. All the shrubs are dead. The balconies are rotten and falling apart. Avoid this place at all costs!!!Property Manager Responded

The staff here are super friendly and helpful! There hasnt been a time I had an issue that it wasnt resolved quickly. Julie, Maryam, Tony, Mauricio and Matt have all been so kind and has made my experience here amazing so far! I love the community and how easy it is to get to stores and major highways!

I can do that. The dumpster is overflowing all over the ground most days. Package delivery service fee of $10 even if you don't use it. The office does not return emails. Horrible office staff.

Had to request pest control after having to kill several cockroaches, and been currently battling them for a water leak from the bedroom window. Every time it rains I have water in the apartment, in the carpet. They take no accountability and all they seem to tell me is that a contractor will replace or fix it but here we are. Do yourself a favor and find a different place.

They advised it was 85 percent of 1 month rent to break the lease. Now they are telling me it is 2 months rent plus I have to stay 60 days as well. My air conditioner barely works, I have ants in my apartment daily, there are cracks on the wall due to foundation problems, and I've had roof leaks a few times. They have a contract that states no aggressive dog breeds but they lie about that too. ...I've almost been attacked by an aggressive breed here. Management here doesn't care at all about their tenants. I can't wait til leave this dump.Read More
