Its like a little community here and everyone looks out for one another. My apartment is amazing and my neighbors are great. I think only the bad tenants wrote bad reviews on here. Absolutely Terrible
December 3, 2017I moved in, in early July 2017. Last minute they were very helpful. But soon into staying here, our apartment was broken into and our PlayStation, among other things, was stolen, there are cameras on site, and our apartment just happened to be "out of view" they didn't work with us barely at all. Maintenance doesn't know what they are doing, and don't complain about it, because the maintenance man is married to one of the ladies in the office. That was my last mistake. Because now they decided ...they don't want to rent to us anymore, and decided to kick us out (refusal to renew rental agreement) on Christmas. My fiance and I are expecting a baby, so we have other stuff to worry about rather than being kicked out for no other reason than spiteful office drama. We pay our rent and pick up after our dogs, all of our neighbors love us and are sad to see us go. I would say the nice people we've met are the only thing this place has to offer. I was literally told "you can vacate if you don't like it" when I asked about my work order and mentioned maintenance problems in the office. Rent is cheap though, at least it was when we moved in, prices have gone up over the months. Be careful about month to month, that's how they get you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Bugs and drugs.
January 10, 2017This place is a slum, and there are drugs dealers everywhere. The management tried to make me lose my housing. I was in the hospital and could not pay a fine for a window broken by someone who was not even my guest at the time. They were over charging for a 15 dollar window they wanted 225. I got the money together, but I had a medical emergency, so I had my sister try to take the money in. Management refused the payment, and they evicted me and tried to charge me thousands of dollars. I ...even had paperwork that I was deathly ill in the hospital and could not make it to court. I lived there for six years and the new owners evicted me for absolutely nothing. When I appealed my housing they found the owners at fault for the eviction, but if I did not appeal, I would have lost it. this apartment complex is no good!!
September 18, 2014We have lived here since April and when we moved In management had told us that there was no bug problem. Well since about 3 days after we moved in we have been infested with roaches!!!! This place is not liveable!!!
