Management is friendly and responsive, takes great care to keep the common areas in great condition and is very responsive for any small maintenance that might be needed. The property is incredibly dog friendly (and does what it can to keep dog-owners in compliance with leash and pickup policies) and the landscaping is kept up very well despite the never-ending snow.Review from Apartments.com

February 19, 2026Great place to live. Great area. Nice amenities. Gym is great. Sometimes it can get a little busy in the main parking lot with the Beamhouse, but it is never too bad. January 22, 2026I absolutely love living here! This is such a beautiful place, but the real star is our property manager, Macy. She is seriously the best—so responsive, super capable, and just genuinely amazing. Anytime I've had a question or a maintenance request, they jump on it incredibly fast, usually within just a few hours. The level of customer service makes living here totally stress-free.
