March 24, 2025The Tannery is the perfect place to live in Hartford County and I couldn't recommended it enough. The units are clean and updated, the lawns and the pool area are beautiful, it's dog friendly, and Ron on maintenance team is fantastic and the greatest guy. The location is really convenient and walkable to many shops/grocery stores and close to the highway as well. Sad to be leaving for re-location purposes but my 2 years at The Tannery has been amazing.Review from Apartments.com

There are community events in the clubhouse, fire pits around the pool area, a 24/7 gym, dog park and beautiful trails. May 6, 2024Location and facilities are amazing. Neighbors seem to be pretty friendly for the most part. Although parking can be a bit difficult. No elevator does make it challenging for top floor move ins!Property Manager Responded
