July 23, 2025The grounds are always beautiful, everything is taken care of and maintained very well. The pool area is awesome, amenities are great! The only thing that doesn’t live up is the dog park, which is sort of a joke - it’s a very small fenced in gravel area. March 24, 2025The Tannery is the perfect place to live in Hartford County and I couldn't recommended it enough. The units are clean and updated, the lawns and the pool area are beautiful, it's dog friendly, and Ron on maintenance team is fantastic and the greatest guy. The location is really convenient and walkable to many shops/grocery stores and close to the highway as well. Sad to be leaving for re-location purposes but my 2 years at The Tannery has been amazing.Review from Apartments.com
