Moved go Glastonbury a couple months ago and chose The Tannery as my landing spot. I could not be more thrilled with my choice! The office staff are magnificent, the property is well maintained and the community has been great. The location is excellent and close to everything with great areas to walk too. Couldn’t be happier with my choice to move here.

Our experience at the Tannery has been great. Management is friendly and responsive, takes great care to keep the common areas in great condition and is very responsive for any small maintenance that might be needed. The property is incredibly dog friendly (and does what it can to keep dog-owners in compliance with leash and pickup policies) and the landscaping is kept up very well despite the never-ending snow.

The amenities are very nice. Issues with other residents have been resolved in a satisfactory manner. I would appreciate there being cameras around the complex as a resident or visitor hit my car when it was parked and I was unable to figure out who it was

Very easy living. The office staff are friendly and available. There is a clean, pleasant community room, in addition to a nice pool with attached shower rooms and a large gym. Having the Beamhouse restaurant here is an added bonus.

Great place to live. Great area. Nice amenities. Gym is great. Sometimes it can get a little busy in the main parking lot with the Beamhouse, but it is never too bad. Lived in building 7 and up the hill. Living up the hill you don’t notice any of the traffic from the Beamhouse.
