March 18, 2026The Tate is an welcoming community, but it does have its faults. One major issue I have had recently is the delivery system. Packages seem to not be arriving to the office, even though delivery drivers say they left it with a staff member. Days later I receive an email that I have a package. I could assume they've had it the whole time but lost it with so many packages arriving.Review from Apartments.com

January 14, 2026The apartment building is very nice and so are all of the staff! I appreciate how the maintenance has been quicker this year! The only thing I am bummed about is the lack of benefits for releasing. I feel like I didn't get a lot of money off compared to others even though I resigned for the 3rd time. January 12, 2026Love the gym and how quick maintenance addresses concerns. Only thing is that the gym floor doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since they built it and there are no cleaning wipes left to keep equipment spiffy. Also have been having some difficulties with the Wi-Fi in my unit specifically. Don’t know if that is an apartment wide issue though.Review from Apartments.com

September 25, 2025After being here for a second year, everything has gone well. The pool was very nice over the summer, outside was kept clean, and maintenance handled our requests well. Overall, I would recommend this place for other students to live.Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2025Overall, the accommodations are nice, and the pool and gym are great amenities. However, maintenance is a major concern. Waiting long periods for essential repairs like A/C units during the hottest days of summer is frustrating and unacceptable. Equally concerning is the rent structure, where renewing tenants face increases while new tenants get lower rates for the same units. This feels unfair and undervalues loyal residents. I hope these issues are addressed for the benefit of current and ...future tenants, as timely maintenance and fair pricing would greatly improve the living experience.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
