June 12, 2025Average apartments. They did just do a bunch of updates which I think has made it a little better. Staff are nice and mostly willing to help. My car did get stuck in the parking lot once last winter and they said they couldn’t do anything to help me even though they were the ones that weren’t making sure it was plowed correctly.Review from Apartments.com

June 1, 2025Overall, living at The Tate on Howard, I have had a pleasant experience. Our neighbors are a bit loud but that is to be expected in a college apartment. The amenities are great besides our tv being old and out of service. But maintenance is very communicative in telling us when we are getting a new one. Maintenance can be slow but it is to be expected when everyone moves in. The pool and club house is amazing and a great touch to the apartment living. Hoping that the Tate will become a gated ...community to help with safety and comfort in living. Overall, I would highly recommend living here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 29, 2025Beautiful property -- deeply dubious management and policies. Management has changed twice in the year I've been here, and very little has been communicated to each other or to us, to the resident's detriment. They also absolutely need more maintenance people! There are only maybe 2 people caring for the entire property, and they are overworked and buried in requests!Property Manager Responded

March 31, 2025Love the building and the location, it's very convenient. The only reason I'm not giving my experience 5 stars is because of maintenance request timing.
