had a great experience living here but just recently moved out due to changing jobs and states, my husband and I paid for an extra month of rent (when we weren't even living here) so that my husband could thoroughly clean the apartment from top to bottom. We scrubbed everything down for literally a month, we even bought new stove top drip pans and ice cube trays just to make sure that we didn't get penalized for anything. We cleaned the fridge out multiple times as well as thoroughly cleaned the

We followed the move out check list that the apartment provided to us and made sure that everything was completely done, I don't think we have ever been so particular about cleaning anything in our life. But here is our advice, don't even worry about cleaning a thing because they are still going to charge you your full security deposit. They claimed that the counters and sink weren't clean and charged us 45.00 to clean a sink as well as the fact that there was rust in the sink and it was not dirt so not really that isn't our fault either. They claimed the fridge hadn't been cleaned and that there was dirt underneath the stove which ended up coming out to 240 dollars for them to clean? I called to discuss it and I have never been treated so rudely in my life. My mother in law also tried to discuss it with the staff members and they claimed that the financial assistant wasn't available at this time and she could call back later, my mother in law then looked online at the staff directory to see that the financial assistant that she had spoken to at the time of her visit was the one that claimed she was not available? She then tried to cover up her lie and say she was on lunch break? Come on people, now you are just blatantly lying. Please, don't waste your time.
